ITeE-PIB is a state-owned scientific-research institute established in 1986. It is involved in complex scientific, research, development and implementation projects. In 2004 the Institute obtained the ISO 9001: 2000/EN ISO 9001: 2000 TÜV Certificate confirming that the it has established and applies a quality system for continuing vocational education. In the Institute, there are 234 people employed: researchers, specialists representing such scientific disciplines as: pedagogy, informatics, economics, mechanics, electronics and chemistry. The Work Pedagogy of Innovative Economy Centre is a separate unit of ITeE-PIB, which acts in the field of adult education, deals with designing professional qualification standards, National and European Qualification Frameworks, innovative modular curricula for education and training. The Centre builds up European cooperation networks, including EAEA, EVBB, IGIP. Furthermore it cooperates with schools, institutions of higher education, enterprises.

REVALENTO is a consultancy that offers services on the cross roads of training education, labour market and organisation for more than 20 years in the Netherlands as well as in Europe. In its work the focus is on the development of quality within the tradition of building a learning organisation. REVALENTO is a typical network organisation: through its network of professionals expertise is brought in related to the specific area REVALENTO is working in. REVALENTO has built up large expertise related to specific quality standards like Investors in People and currently on the European CQAF VET model, and in implementing these standards in education, businesses as well as in the voluntary sector in the Netherlands as well as abroad. The core elements of the CQAF Vet Model also cover the same core elements of the Peer Review methodology in this project. REVALENTO is now active on behalf of local authorities and sector organisations addressing the issue of lifelong learning and the development of relevant vocational education. On behalf of SBL (Dutch association for teachers) REVALENTO stimulated actions which support lifelong learning of teachers (one of the instruments promoted being Peer Review).

ORT France is a non-profit organization specialized in Education & Training. ORT France is a member of World ORT, the largest non-governmental education and training organization in the world. ORT France operates 7 schools and training centers servicing annually approximately 2.200 pupils (secondary schools), 800 students (under-graduates) and 2.500 trainees (vocational training). ORT France Innovation Center (www.ortinnovation.com) is responsible for the ORT’s R&D activity related to the wide range of e-education topics.
